About this product
Golf carts, resort buggies and small electric vehicles ask more of a battery than almost anything else: a deep discharge every day, a full recharge every night, heat, humidity and vibration, and no one to top up the water. Fullriver's Supreme EGL Series is built for that duty. Over-the-partition welds and extra-heavy plates give roughly double the service life of a traditional flooded golf battery; low internal resistance lets the pack recharge at up to 35% of rated capacity, so a buggy is back in service sooner; and because it is a sealed, non-spillable AGM there is no watering, no acid fumes in the charging bay and no corrosion on the terminals.
The EGL comes in the industry-standard GC2 (6 V), GC8 (8 V) and Group 31 (12 V) cases, so it drops straight into the trays and hold-downs of the carts and machines you already run, and it charges correctly on the vehicle's existing charger — no special equipment or battery management system required.

Charging and care
Charge with an AGM / sealed profile: absorption 14.4–14.7 V per 12 V (7.2–7.35 V per 6 V, 9.6–9.8 V per 8 V) and float 13.5–13.8 V per 12 V at 25 °C, with temperature compensation in hot charging bays. Most modern golf-cart chargers have an AGM setting; older ferro-resonant chargers set for flooded batteries should be checked or replaced — ask us. Avoid discharging below 50% routinely for the longest life, and equalise only if the manufacturer's instructions call for it.
