Free local delivery — Trang, Krabi & Phuket
Our own weekly courier run delivers free of charge to Trang, Krabi and Phuket provinces — marinas, boatyards and home addresses alike. No minimum order.
Nationwide delivery
Free standard delivery on orders over $250 (parcels up to 10 kg, mainland Thailand). Other parcels ship by tracked courier at the rates below, based on the weight of your order:

Islands & tourist areas
Deliveries to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Chang and Koh Samet carry a small surcharge ($2–$7 by weight) reflecting carrier island fees.
Bulky & oversize items
Large items (50–100 kg, or over 105 cm on the longest side) ship at a flat $44.90 to mainland Thailand. Very long or heavy items — film rolls, items over 160 cm or 100 kg — ship by dedicated freight at a flat $95.00.
Our freight promise: these are honest, protective rates. If we can ship your item for less, we refund the difference before dispatch — every time.
International orders — worldwide
We ship worldwide from our Trang warehouse, and we do it the honest way: freight is quoted at cost and invoiced separately before dispatch. Checkout charges you for the goods only — nothing is added for shipping, and nothing is marked up. You pay what the carrier charges us, and you see that figure before anything leaves the building.
How it works:
- Order online as normal. Checkout takes payment for the goods only.
- We weigh, measure and pack your order, then pull live rates from our carriers.
- We email you the freight cost with the realistic options — air or sea, insured or not — and the transit time.
- You approve, we invoice the freight separately at cost, and your order ships with tracking.

Batteries fly
Sealed AGM and GEL batteries are classified non-hazardous for transport (49 CFR 173.159(d), IATA A67/A48), so a replacement house bank can travel by air — days, not weeks, to wherever the boat actually is. Lithium ships as UN3480 with UN-spec packaging and a dangerous-goods declaration; we prepare the paperwork and book a carrier that accepts it.
Export paperwork and packing
We handle the export documentation and pack for the journey the shipment is genuinely making, not the one that is cheapest to pack for. Transit insurance can be included in any freight quote and we recommend it on high-value shipments; if you choose to ship uninsured we note that on your invoice.
