2 V 3000 Ah (C10) stationary AGM cell from Fullriver's HGXL series. Pb-Ca-Sn grid, 20-year design life on float, sealed and maintenance-free. Build any bank voltage from identical cells. Supplied to order.
Our price is the manufacturer's home-market RRP — what this gear sells for where it's made. Branded marine equipment in Thailand typically retails 15–90% above that, when prices are published at all. Ours doesn't.
The Fullriver HGXL3000-2 is a 2-volt, 3000 Ah (10-hour rate) stationary AGM cell from Fullriver's long-life HGXL series. It is a single-cell design: you build exactly the bank you need — 12, 24 or 48 V, or a higher string for telecom and UPS — from identical cells, and if a cell ever needs attention you test or replace that one cell rather than a whole battery. The grids are cast in a lead-calcium-tin alloy for corrosion resistance, which is what gives the series its 20-year design life in float service. Sealed, valve-regulated and maintenance-free, with no free acid to top up or spill, so cells can be racked in any orientation.
Large-format cells for utility and commercial solar storage, telecom exchanges, data and control rooms, hospital and hotel UPS strings, and shore-power storage at marinas and boatyards. One string of identical cells replaces racks of 12 V blocks, with a single cell to test, equalise or swap rather than a whole battery.
Long-life solar and standby banks are built from 2 V cells for good reasons. Capacity per cell runs far beyond anything a 12 V case can hold, so a big bank is one clean string instead of a web of parallel blocks. Every cell can be measured, equalised and replaced on its own. And HGXL cells are rated at the 10-hour rate — the honest rate for solar and standby duty — with the 1-, 3- and 5-hour figures published too, so you can size for heavier loads without guesswork.

Six cells in series give 12 V, twelve give 24 V and twenty-four give 48 V; the bank's capacity is the cell's rating. Twenty-four HGXL3000-2 cells make a 48 V, 3000 Ah bank — 144 kWh at the 10-hour rate — in a single string. Tell us the voltage, the daily load and the space you have and we will size the string, the rack, the inter-cell links and the charging with it.
Float at 2.23 – 2.25 V per cell and cycle-charge at 2.30 – 2.35 V per cell (20 – 25 °C), with charge current limited to 20 % of C10 — 600 A for this cell. Always charge with temperature compensation (−3 mV per °C per cell): in tropical heat that one setting protects a bank more than anything else you can fit. We pair HGXL banks with KISAE multi-stage chargers and inverter-chargers fitted with a battery temperature sensor, so the whole system is specified together.
