Ordering by part number
Spot Zero re-numbered its parts: the new numbers look like MM-FW0010 or FI-SW0005; the old ones are nine digits starting 2524. Both are on every product page and both work in the search box. If the system is an older SZ or SeaXchange model, say so — the legacy parts are listed too, and if a membrane size is being superseded the page says to check with us before ordering so we confirm the right replacement with the factory.
Delivery in Thailand and beyond
Parts come by courier from the factory; we confirm the lead time (typically a few weeks, longer for items the factory shows on back-order) before you pay, and international freight is charged at cost and invoiced separately. Delivery within Thailand is free to Trang, Krabi and Phuket and free nationwide on orders over US$250. Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Satun, Langkawi-bound — tell us where the boat is.
Frequently asked
Which membrane does my system take? It depends on the vessel length and the capacity: long vessels take 40-inch elements, short vessels 21-inch, and the 3,000 GPD purifiers and larger watermakers run two to four of them. Send the model and serial number and we confirm the size and count before you order.
Can I use a generic cartridge? Spot Zero’s warranty terms assume Spot Zero parts, and the pre-filters do more than filter — the carbon stages remove the chlorine that would damage the membrane. Genuine parts at US list price are the safe choice.
