We want you to buy with confidence. If something isn’t right, here is exactly how returns work with us (Drake Co., Ltd., trading as Drake Marine, Drake SVO and Drake Off-Grid) — in plain language, no fine-print surprises.
30-day returns
Vous pouvez retourner la plupart des articles dans un délai de 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, and accompanied by your order number.
How to start a return
Message us on LINE @drakeco, WhatsApp ou par courriel hello@drakemarine.com with your order number and the reason for return. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Once the item arrives back and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 7 days. Inspection happens within 2 business days of the item reaching us, and it is a simple check, not a hurdle: we confirm the item is unused and uninstalled, complete with its accessories and documentation, and in packaging we can resell it in. If something fails inspection we tell you exactly what and why the same day, with photos, and agree the next step with you.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, that’s on us: we arrange and pay for the return, and you choose a replacement or a full refund — including any delivery charges. Products also carry their manufacturer’s warranty (see Warranty & Claims for the periods each brand publishes and how a claim works); we handle warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf, here in Thailand.
Items we cannot accept back
- Articles sur commande — products marked “Special order” on their page are ordered specifically for you and can only be returned if faulty.
- Installed or connected electrical equipment — chargers, inverters, thrusters, electronics and similar items that have been wired in, powered up or immersed cannot be returned as unused (warranty still applies in full).
- Cut-to-length cable, wire and hose, and opened consumables (treatments, sealants, anodes that have been fitted).
Everything else is returnable — batteries, chargers, inverters, anodes, valves, spares, shrink wrap and tools in unused condition, and sealed oils, greases and fuel additives in their factory packs — within 30 days. Opened lubricant packs are not returnable. There is no restocking fee: an approved return is refunded in full.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping to our Trang warehouse (we recommend a tracked service). For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.
International returns
We ship worldwide, and the same 30-day policy applies. For international returns, email us first and we will confirm the best return route and any customs paperwork before you send anything — returned goods must be declared as “returned goods” to avoid import duty being charged twice. For faulty or incorrect international orders we arrange collection or refund your documented return freight. Refunds are always made in the currency and to the payment method of your original order.
