An engineer replies, usually within one working day. Send what you want to run, the vehicle, and a photo of where the equipment will go, and we reply with a sized system and a price.

Who we are

Drake SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) is the vehicle power division of Drake Co., Ltd. The company was founded in England in 2002 and has worked from Trang, in southern Thailand, since 2018. The same engineers who design power systems for boats and off-grid homes design yours. We are KISAE’s distributor for Thailand and hold Fullriver AGM batteries in stock in Trang, and every unit is checked before it leaves us. Our sister sites are Drake Marine and Drake Off-Grid; one team and one warehouse stand behind all three.

Free system sizing

Use the sizing calculator on the homepage for a first answer, then send the result to us on LINE and an engineer checks it for free. Every system we specify comes with a wiring diagram, and we are happy to brief your workshop or installer. Delivery

Trang, Krabi and Phuket: free on our own weekly delivery run, with no minimum order.
Rest of Thailand: tracked courier. Orders leave our Trang warehouse within 1–2 working days. Typical transit is 2–3 working days to Bangkok, 3–4 days to the North and North-East and 4–5 days to the islands.
Cost: the delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Sealed AGM batteries travel as ordinary freight, packed and strapped.
Special-order items: we confirm the lead time with you before you pay.
Outside Thailand: freight is quoted at cost and invoiced separately before dispatch.

Returns

Stocked items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we arrange and pay for the return and you choose a replacement or a refund. Special-order items are brought in for you, so they are covered for faults rather than change of mind. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of the item passing inspection. Warranty

Every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you, here in Thailand. Send a LINE message with your order number and a photo and we take it from there. Ask us for the warranty terms of any part before you order; they are also written on your quotation. KISAE’s warranty terms are in the owner’s manual linked on every product page, and the full claim process — tell us, we diagnose on LINE, we file the claim, repair or replacement — is on our Warranty & Claims page.

Paying

Pay by bank transfer to our SCB account in Thailand (details shown at checkout and on your invoice), or by PayPal at checkout, which also takes Visa and Mastercard. Prices are shown excluding and including 7% VAT. Need a quotation or a tax invoice for your business or fleet? Ask on LINE.

Questions

Do I need a DC-DC charger, or will a relay do?

Many modern vehicles have smart alternators that lower the voltage once the starting battery is full, so a relay leaves a second battery part-charged. A DC-DC charger gives it a full charge with the right profile. The guide explains why.

Which battery size do I need?

Add up what you run each day and the nights you park without driving; the calculator does the arithmetic. As a rule of thumb, a fridge, lights and phones for two nights needs 115 to 145 Ah.

Can you supply a whole fleet or a conversion workshop?

Yes. Send the vehicle list and the equipment each one carries and we reply with specification sheets, wiring diagrams and trade terms.

Can batteries be sent by courier?

Yes. Fullriver AGM batteries are sealed and non-spillable, so they travel as ordinary freight anywhere in Thailand.
