Yamaha four-strokes are listed by model. For any other engine, choose “Other” and tell us the model: we size the kit for you.
For the fuel stabiliser dose: 500 ml treats 100 L.

Questions
Why FC-W rather than car oil?
NMMA FC-W is the four-stroke outboard standard. It covers the rust protection, shear stability and high-load running that a marine engine needs and a car oil is not tested for; Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki and Mercury all specify it, and most warranties expect it.
10W-30 or 10W-40?
Yamaha lists both in its first-choice group (with 5W-30), and 25W-40 as a heavy-duty hot-climate option. In Thailand’s year-round heat 10W-40 gives a little more margin at high load; 10W-30 is what the engine was filled with at the factory. Either is correct when it carries FC-W.
Which gear oil?
Yamaha specifies hypoid gear oil SAE 90, API GL-4 or GL-5 depending on the manual’s year. The Liqui Moly Marine Gear Oil GL4/GL5 80W-90 meets both. Drain the gearcase from the bottom plug and check the old oil: milky means water is getting in and the seals need looking at before the new oil goes in.
What is not in the kit?
The oil filter, drain-plug gaskets, spark plugs and fuel filter are Yamaha parts for your exact engine. We can add them to a quote with your kit; send the engine model and serial number on LINE.
How much oil does my engine take?
The builder uses the capacity Yamaha publishes for each model with a filter change, rounded up to whole bottles. Fill to the dipstick mark, not to the number: the last few hundred millilitres always vary.
Do you ship oil nationwide?
Yes. Everything in the kit is stocked in Trang and goes by courier anywhere in Thailand, typically 1–3 days; 5 L cans and 20 L drums travel as ordinary freight. Free delivery in Trang, Krabi and Phuket.
