Class Approved Marine Valves — Thailand & Southeast Asia

Drake Marine supplies class approved marine valves, actuators, pipe couplings, air vent heads and flanges in Thailand for the marine, oil & gas and offshore markets. Butterfly, ball, gate, globe, check and quick-closing valves in bronze, cast iron, steel and stainless — engineered for shipboard service and available with class certification.

Class approved solutions — LR, DNV, ABS, RINA and more

Classed vessels need certified valves. We offer class approved solutions for Lloyd’s Register, DNV, ABS, RINA and other classification societies — including Lloyd’s type-approved butterfly valves (DN40–DN800). Tell us what class you need and we’ll make sure you get class compliant solutions, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and type-approval documentation available on request.

Made and assembled in Europe

Every valve, actuator and fitting we supply in this range is made and assembled in Europe at a world-class factory we have worked with for over ten years. That decade-long relationship means proven casting quality, consistent machining, full material traceability — and a factory that answers quickly when a class survey deadline is bearing down on your project.

The range

Over 450 products across twelve families in our Class Approved Marine Valves catalogue: butterfly valves (wafer, lug, mono and double-flanged), ball & cock valves, gate valves, globe and angle valves, check & storm valves, quick-closing and self-closing valves with impulse units, control, safety and regulating valves, filters, strainers, mud boxes and foot valves, hose valves, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, plus couplings, expansion joints, flanges, air vent heads and spares.

Recommended coating — longer life, better flow

For seawater systems we recommend a Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) internal coating on valve bodies — it extends service life against erosion-corrosion and measurably improves flow efficiency. Ask us to include coating when you request your quote.

How to order

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply class approved valves in Thailand?

Yes — for LR, DNV, ABS, RINA and other societies, with certificates on request.

What if my class isn’t listed?

Tell us what class you need and we’ll make sure you get class compliant solutions.

Can you supply actuated valves?

Yes — electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, supplied fitted or separately.

Planning a yard period? Send us your valve schedule

Class surveys and refits live or die on parts arriving before the dock. Send us your valve schedule — the ship’s valve list, your class society’s survey items, or last docking’s spec — and we’ll work through it line by line: sizes, patterns, materials and class documentation (EN 10204 3.1 on request). You get back a complete order list with our part numbers and prices for your chief engineer, superintendent or yard to check and confirm, with lead times agreed well before your docking window.

Email hello@drakemarine.com with “Valve schedule” and the vessel’s name, or use the contact form.

Valves by classification society

Working to a specific class society? We keep dedicated guides for each: Lloyd’s · DNV · ABS · RINA · Bureau Veritas · ClassNK · Korean Register · CCS. Every valve ships with EN 10204 3.1 material certification on request, and class certificates are arranged with your order.
